About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team at The Hunton Group. As an Airside Technician, you will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of Air Handling Units, as well as performing AHU refurbishing.
Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain all duct-cleaning equipment.
• Perform AHU Refurbishing, including cleaning and sanitizing AHU, filtration upgrades, coating of inside of AHU, and replacement of coils, motors, and bearings if needed.
• Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation, and performing acceptance tests.
• Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements.
