About the Role
At Marathon HVAC Services, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring top-tier service for our valued clients.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30-$40 per hour, plus commission, as well as comprehensive benefits like health insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions up to 4%, paid time off (PTO), uniforms, and company-provided phone.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems.
• Provide clear explanations and tailored solutions to meet each customer's needs.
• Invoice and collect payments from clients.
Requirements
• 3+ years of residential experience in HVAC repair.
• A valid California driver's license.
Schedule
This is a full-time position working a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.
