Field Service Technician Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Lane Valente Industries. As a field service technician, you will be responsible for servicing top U.S. corporations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Traveling to customer sites to perform repairs and maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing complex issues using hand-tools, blueprints, or engineering specifications.
• Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and submitting reports in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in the field.
• Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
