HVAC Service Technician III
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician III to join our team at TDIndustries. In this role, you will be responsible for performing inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of advanced and complex Chiller systems and Commercial HVAC.
Responsibilities:
• Service, Operate, Maintain and Troubleshoot more complex Chillers and Commercial HVAC.
• Coordinates work processes on large projects.
• Completes service contracts, quoted projects and demand service calls as directed.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Chiller Commercial Service.
• Full teardown is required.
• Advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes is required.
• Proficient in reading complex schematics and prints.

Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
