A Day in the Life:
You will work in a dynamic laboratory environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and validate HVAC/R systems, components, and new/existing product lines. Your responsibilities will include operating, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment, setting up test facilities, and preparing new testing samples. Additionally, you will perform experiments and tests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide feedback to the engineering team based on test results.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Experience in HVAC/R lab testing, brazing, and system reclaiming/recovery is highly desirable. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, and be willing to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
