• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of apartment communities.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner, resolving issues with A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Manage records of activity in maintenance logs.
Requirements:
For this role, we are seeking candidates with at least 6 months of onsite experience. You should possess a valid ID, have reliable transportation, and be willing to submit to a background check. Additionally, A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC) is required. We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $20-$23.
