We are seeking a highly skilled Residential HVAC Specialist to join our team at Milestone Electric, Air & Plumbing. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced HVAC technician to work on a variety of projects and services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.
About the Role:
As a Residential HVAC Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, maintain, and repair all equipment used for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning for residential equipment
• Support the business by traveling to customers and helping create solutions for their homes
• Educate homeowners on potential opportunities for additional business
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service
• Certifications: EPA and State Registered TDLR
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in cramped spaces
Compensation and Benefits:
• Estimated Annual Salary: $95,000 - $180,000+
