Job Title: Commercial HVAC Installation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Installer to join our team at Metro Mechanical Inc in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. This is a unique opportunity to work with a premier commercial HVAC contractor, delivering high-quality installations that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Installation and Maintenance: Install products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction through thorough installation and layout.
• Pre-Installation Preparation: Conduct site preparation for installations, anticipating difficulties and gathering necessary materials to maintain efficient project execution.
• Equipment Operation and Safety: Operate equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts safely and efficiently, maintaining company vehicles by inspecting for signs of wear and tear.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Accurately document work completed, including paperwork for each job, and determine material needs for installations and ensure timely ordering.
Requirements:
• Candidates Must Have: Minimum 3 years of Commercial HVAC experience, ability to lift, carry, pull, and push components/equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work varied hours as required, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Skills and Qualifications: Prioritize tasks effectively, follow established procedures, pass a drug screen, possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and be available to use personal tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: We offer an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan, generous paid holiday and vacation time.
