Salary
You will receive an hourly rate of $15-$16 during training, which will increase once you move to our performance pay structure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, mechanical competency, excellent communication skills, and sales experience. You must be willing to undergo background and drug tests, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and be able to use power and hand tools. Additionally, you should be able to regularly lift up to 100 lbs and follow instructions and respond to feedback.
Job Description
As a Plumbing and HVAC Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians in customers' homes, assisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and service of HVAC and ancillary systems. You will meet with customers to help them understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services. You will also attend paid classroom training 2-3 times per month and maintain a positive attitude daily.
