• *Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Heating and Cooling Technician to join our team at Milestone Electric, Air & Plumbing. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced HVAC technician to work on a variety of projects and services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.
About the Role:
As a Heating and Cooling Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of heating and cooling systems
• Travel to job sites and work with dispatch to ensure schedules are maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers
• Be available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to service emergency needs of customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service
• Certifications: EPA and State Registered TDLR
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in cramped spaces
Compensation and Benefits:
• Estimated Annual Salary: $95,000 - $180,000+
