About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager - Commercial HVAC at Korn Ferry, you will play a critical role in expanding our client's sales team and supporting the company's growth under new ownership and leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the organization's success.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development, with a strong understanding of the commercial HVAC market. They will be able to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies to drive growth. In addition, they should have excellent communication and negotiating skills, as well as a strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing a sales plan to grow existing accounts and develop new business
• Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborating with the VP of Sales to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
Estimated salary range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year.
