Collin College is seeking a part-time Adjunct Professor to teach HVAC courses. As an instructor, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering coursework that reflects the college's core values, culturally responsive teaching, and knowledge of the teaching field.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in HVAC or a related field and at least 3 years of work experience in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, or refrigeration. EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (Universal) is also required.
Key Responsibilities
• Teach courses according to the schedule of classes and follow approved course descriptions and syllabi.
• May include Dual Credit courses and evening/weekend programs.
$45-$60 per contact hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
