Job Description:
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee branch operations, including service managers, technicians, and administrative staff. You will develop and implement a strategic business plan to meet and exceed revenue and gross profit goals. You will also drive business development through geographic expansion and new service offerings.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to sustain a high-performing, KPI-driven team.
• Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring the delivery of same-day service and superior customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the executive team to design and execute comprehensive training and onboarding programs.
• Champion safety and compliance through effective OSHA/Safety protocols.
Requirements:
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to create and execute strategic business plans.
• Excellent analytical skills, using KPIs and data to drive decisions and actions.

Education/Employment Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (preferred).
• 5+ years of managerial experience in the service industry, with a track record of P&L accountability, sales, and customer service.
• Sales experience and OSHA/Safety expertise are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with residential service industries such as HVAC, plumbing, or home improvement is a plus.
