Compensation Package

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC project manager to join our team in the Boston metro area. As an HVAC project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project coordination, contract management, and construction management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and execute the installation of HVAC projects with field install teams
• Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from sale to completion
• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with the foreman to ensure timely project completion
• Track project progress and make adjustments to meet goals
• Work with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
