Position Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HVAC technician to join our team at PPS-HPS and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
The estimated annual compensation for this role is in the range of $90,000 - $110,000, taking into account industry benchmarks and local market conditions.
Main Responsibilities
• Complex troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment, including package units, WSHPs, VAV systems, and more.
• Development and implementation of efficient project plans, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Leadership and coordination of team activities, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous learning.
• Maintenance of accurate records, asset management, and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Proficiency in hydraulic systems and ability to resolve intricate problems.
• Effective leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Tech registration with TDLR and EPA Universal Certification.
