Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Plumbing and H-VAC Production Manager to oversee and manage our residential Plumbing and H-VAC field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Plumbing Residential and H-VAC New Construction (RNC) Installation, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

As an Operations Manager for Plumbing and H-VAC your key responsibilities include overseeing all plumbing and H-VAC operations within the organization. This entails managing plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and budget constraints. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating plumbing and H-VAC teams, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Your role also involves maintaining client relations, providing estimates, resolving issues promptly, and managing documentation and reporting. Overall, your leadership and technical expertise are crucial in delivering efficient plumbing solutions while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: 4-6 Specific Qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications: • 4-6 years experience • Proven experience in plumbing operations management or a related field. • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and materials. • Excellent leadership and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes. • Management experience preferred • Licenses: Electrical/Plumbing Journeyman preferred.
