Job Summary: Openwork, LLC is seeking a skilled Heating and Cooling Systems Technician to join our team in North Austin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, modifying, and maintaining HVAC duct systems in commercial buildings. Your ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings will ensure that the installation meets industry standards.
About the Role:
• Install, modify, and maintain HVAC duct systems in commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate installation.
• Cut, assemble, and install ductwork, vents, and related HVAC components according to industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to meet installation deadlines and safety standards.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations and repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring job sites are left safe and free of hazards.
Estimated Salary: $50,400 - $66,600 per year based on a 40-hour workweek.
