About the Role:
Southern Careers Institute is seeking a qualified instructor to lead our HVAC program. As a seasoned HVAC professional, you will share your expertise with students and help them achieve their career goals.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality instruction that meets SCI's standards;
• Assess student performance and provide regular feedback;
• Participate in curriculum development and refinement;
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment;
• Engage with students and encourage participation.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC;
• Texas ACR Contractor/Certified Technician License;
• Universal EPA 608 certification;
• NCCER Certification or equivalent (preferred).
