Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting complex HVAC issues, including those with package units, WSHPs, VAV systems, boilers, pumps, air-cooled chillers, water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, self-contained units, and variable frequency drives.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Coordinating projects with Account Managers and Service Coordinators, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Managing company-issued tools and equipment, maintaining accurate records, and communicating daily schedules with the Service Coordinator.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• A strong foundation in leadership, communication, and project management.
• Tech registration with TDLR and EPA Universal Certification.
