About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Specialist to join our team at Environmental Heating and Air Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing top-notch solutions to our clients.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. You will work independently and as part of a team to diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnostic and Repair Services: Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Routine Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance services to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
• Installation and Upgrade Services: Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components.
• Customer Communication: Provide clear, concise explanations of repairs, maintenance, and installation procedures to customers.
• Service Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Quality Control: Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction, safety, and quality of work.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Skill Set: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, valid HVAC certification and necessary licenses (EPA, NATE, etc.).
• Certification and Licenses: Valid HVAC certification and any necessary licenses (EPA, NATE, etc.).
Benefits and Compensation:
• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
