Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Superintendent Lead to join our team at Staxmatic, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising work performed on commercial HVAC systems across multiple job sites.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal work and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality results on time and on budget. This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$135,000 per year, depending on experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of helpers and subcontractors
• Monitor and resolve matters relating to work procedures, complaints, damages, accidents, and delays
• Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations
Essential Qualifications
• 5-10 years of superintendent experience
• 5-10 years of sheet metal experience
• Valid driver's license
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
