HVAC Technician Position
Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Sparkling Craft LLC. As a vital member of our maintenance and facilities management company, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients across the USA.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
Responsibilities:
• Installation and Maintenance:
• Install and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC components.
• Conduct system inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures or repairs.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex HVAC problems and implement solutions to restore functionality.
• Repair HVAC equipment malfunctions, such as mechanical failures, electrical issues, and refrigerant leaks.
• Document all service activities, including repairs and maintenance tasks, for accurate record-keeping.
• Client Communication and Support:
• Provide technical guidance to clients on HVAC system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency best practices.
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• Prepare cost estimates for clients and create records of materials used for projects.
• Industry Knowledge and Compliance:
• Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to HVAC systems.
• Ensure all HVAC work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
