About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team at Interstate Air Conditioning & Heating. This position is responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair complex HVAC system issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent system failures
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance
• Clean driver's license for travel between job sites
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
