Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our duct fabrication shop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of 7-10 employees, demonstrating leadership and motivating team members.
• Lay out, cut, shape, and assemble ductwork using hand tools or equipment.
• Drill, punch, and fasten metal components using various methods.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise skilled and unskilled workers.
• Provide daily updates to management through reports and meetings.
• Collaborate with external contractors for warranty and service needs.
• Maintain and repair equipment and shop, handling inventory and supply requisitions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and work standards.
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of duct fabrication experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management position.
• OSHA Certification.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
