Job Description
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician at Gateway Triangle Corp, you will be responsible for performing daily monitoring, repair, and preventative maintenance activities on critical systems and equipment. You will troubleshoot, install, and modernize new and existing HVAC systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
Your duties will include:
• Conducting regular inspections and ensuring upkeep and maintenance of all HVAC systems
• Assisting in making decisions on repairs and reporting major problems to the Regional Manager of Facilities and Maintenance as appropriate
• Constructing, finishing, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems
• Cleaning, lubricating, servicing, repairing, or diagnosing malfunctions of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical building and specialty equipment items
• Recording all day-to-day maintenance and service activities undertaken
• Responding to emergencies in a timely manner
