Job Title
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an HVAC and building services account executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a focus on mechanical HVAC systems and building automation solutions.
This role is responsible for managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be able to identify and pursue new business leads, maintain and grow existing client relationships, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.

Responsibilities
• Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Identify and pursue new business leads
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or relevant prior industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for sales, accounts, and projects
