About the Position
Trevor Day School is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician and Building Maintenance professional to join our facilities team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's buildings.
Responsibilities
• Maintenance of HVAC systems, including regular inspections and repairs
• Performance of minor repairs on restroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, and other systems
• Collaboration with the facilities team to identify and address maintenance needs
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Clean Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
