Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with other technicians and clients to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Responsibilities
• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, and ventilation units.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing commercials client concerns and offering expert advice on system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
Skills
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
• Experience min 3 years as a service technician or field service technician in the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to heating and cooling systems.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 46 per week
