About This Position
This HVAC Commercial Technician role is presented by Mary F Canty.
As an HVAC technician with our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial HVAC projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely.
This may involve diagnosing and repairing issues with heating and cooling systems, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.

Requirements
• Respond to service calls for repairs in commercial buildings in NYC
• Diagnose mechanical & electrical malfunctions
• Install, replace or repair equipment including calibrating thermostatic controls, worn/malfunctioning parts etc.
• Establish & maintain effective relationships with customers and their employees
• Working knowledge of wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Prioritize safety procedures and adhere to company policies
• Ability to lead
• Preventive maintenance proficiency
• NYC FDNY Torch/Fire Watch certificates
• EPA Universal Certification
• Clean driving record
Compensation
$35.00 - $55.00 per hour
