Maintenance Company in NYC is looking for an experienced Maintenance Equipment Installer to join our team. As an installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our customers' HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation, service, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation: Install new HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Service and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on existing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and extending system lifespan.
• Emergency Response: Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests, providing timely assistance to customers experiencing system failures.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks to ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, service, and repair.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including components, controls, and safety features.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
