HVAC Service Management Opportunity
In this key leadership role, you will oversee the management of commercial HVAC maintenance and service teams in western Suffolk County. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional onsite quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage HVAC maintenance and service teams to guarantee superior performance.
• Coordinate technical support for HVAC technicians, enforcing adherence to established standards and revenue goals.
• Evaluate and assess technicians' work to ensure compliance with quality control protocols.
• Organize ongoing training and support for install teams to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train HVAC technicians as needed to meet workload demands.
• Maintain adherence to appliance standards, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Able to work extended hours, over weekends, and on holidays with short notice.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
