Job Summary:
This role requires a Commercial Hood Cleaning Professional to maintain kitchen exhaust systems, ensuring they are free from grease and debris. You will use power washing techniques and specialized equipment to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cleaning kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
• Setting up and dismantling equipment and tools, such as high-pressure hoses, pre-sprayers, ladders, and wet/dry vacuums.
• Performing detailed cleaning of job sites before departure.
• Maintaining cleanliness of all equipment and tools used on job sites.
• Communicating professionally with customers present at job sites.
• Complying with all safety rules at all times.
• Achieving performance standards set for each job.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean work area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills to interact with coworkers and managers.
• Ability to perform physical tasks involving constant hand motions, kneeling, walking, reaching, bending, stretching, carrying, or lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License.
• English/Spanish language proficiency.
• Pass drug screening and criminal background check.
• Be reliable, must be on time.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Desire to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
