About the Role
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency and on-time project delivery.
• Review and manage design and installation processes utilizing software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial mechanical construction, focusing on healthcare projects and OSHPD-regulated environments. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
