The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a company vehicle, gas card, and quarterly bonuses.
As an Industrial Boiler Technician, you will be responsible for completing installation and start-up, replacement, maintenance, and repairs on industrial/commercial thermal fluid, steam, and hot water boilers, burners, and auxiliary equipment.
You will work closely with our team to ensure each job meets and exceeds operational and financial goals. A strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of two years of technical knowledge and field experience as a boiler repair technician, HVAC technician, or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
