Required Experience
• Minimum 5 years HVAC management
• Experience and knowledge in installation, service, IAQ, and maintenance of residential HVAC equipment
Physical Demands & Work Environment
• Lift 50+lbs
• Ability to continually climb, stand, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Ability to stand, walk and to climb ladders or attic stairs
• Maneuver in attics, basements & crawl spaces
• Ability to work comfortable from a ladder
• Need to be able to manipulate objects with fingers
• Capable of working in environmental conditions, including but not limited to the following: hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, slippery surfaces, heights and congested areas.

Job Responsibilities
• Performs field activities associated with maintaining & servicing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Uses experience & technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
• Work alongside in the field assisting & training technicians
• Effectively communicate findings & options to customers
• Educate customers regarding their system & maintenance
• Complete computer generated forms & work orders
• Works in a team-based environment to share information & workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensures company property, vehicles & tools are being properly used, maintained and accounted for.
• Represents the company professionally, honestly and ethically in all business matters & concerns.
• Maintains a clean and professional appearance.
• Responsible for keeping the company vehicle clean and neat both inside & outside in keeping with our professional image.
• Follow process & procedures to ensure that the company vehicle is properly stocked, return/defective warranty to branch & orders/replenishes vehicle stock as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
