New Albany Country Club seeks a skilled, experienced HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Director, the HVAC Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at the country club.

• Work schedule Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain HVAC components such as air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
• In conjunction with the Maintenance Director, responsible to manager other people
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for HVAC systems
• Work with other maintenance team members to provide general maintenance around the property
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Communicate any potential issues or concerns to the Maintenance Director
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Familiarity with Tracer Summit and Automated Controls
• Current HVAC certification or license
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
