Job Description:
This role involves leading a team of HVAC technicians to install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Lead a team of HVAC technicians
• Train and mentor junior staff members

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
