Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Systems Design Expert to join our team at Jaros, Baum & Bolles (JB&B). As a key member of our HVAC department, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating HVAC systems for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and coordinate HVAC systems for Tenant fit-out projects
• Participate in specification writing and assist in establishing design criteria from the project proposal
• Review shop drawings, RFI's, Contractor change orders, and perform site visits to verify accurate implementation of designs
Requirements:
• 3-6 years of experience in HVAC engineering
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Strong understanding of trade-specific scope, trade-related codes, and required coordination with other trades
