We are seeking a qualified Heating and HVAC installation specialist to join our team as a full-time position. As one of New Jersey's leading contracting firms, we offer a secure company with over 50 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC, hot water, and steam boiler service and installations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial and Residential Heating & HVAC systems. Additionally, they must demonstrate good leadership ability, be willing to be on call (rotation), and possess excellent customer service communication skills and sales ability in the Heating and HVAC industry.
We provide a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as full medical coverage, vacations, holidays, and personal days, a 401K retirement plan, and advancement opportunities at all levels.
Schedule: 8 hour shift, on-call rotation. Experience: Relevant experience preferred, 5 years (or more) in HVAC industry. Work Location: Multiple locations throughout Bergen, Passaic & Essex Counties.
