About the Role
Cottam HVAC is seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial HVAC Technician for a full-time permanent position. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment installing high-end residential split systems, light commercial split and package systems, and heat pump systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including furnaces, boilers, water heaters, and split systems
• Familiarity with sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and accessories
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively within a team
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including vacation, sick, and personal days, 7 paid holidays, company clothing, health benefits, retirement plan (401K), profit-sharing participation, bonus and incentive program, company outings, and on-site training opportunities.
