Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities through industry contacts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively manage their territory. This position requires a blend of direct sales experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the capability and knowledge of commercial HVAC products and services.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through contacts and networking.
• Manage an assigned territory, ensuring consistent follow-up with leads in the NYC area.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our software systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate and support Commercial Service Account Managers in your assigned territory.
• Create and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans where necessary.
• Strong ability to develop and sustain customer relationships.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Responding to the customer requirements in a timely manner.Requirements
• Proven experience in direct sales or territory sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to engage potential clients effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with software tools for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and reporting results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
