• *Job Description**
This worksite-based role requires an expert in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanicals to maintain various types of heating and air conditioning plants and associated equipment. You will work onsite at our defined locations, ensuring that our building systems operate at maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
• Starting, operating, repairing, and maintaining heating and air conditioning plants and associated equipment.
• Maintaining and repairing motor controller and associated electrical equipment and control circuits.
• Installing, repairing, and calibrating pneumatic and/or electric controls required for temperature and humidity control equipment.
• Performing inspections and making repairs on equipment/systems as required by company practices and regulations/ordinances.
You will also review and interpret word orders, operating instructions, diagrams, building plans, and mechanical equipment drawings. Climbing ladders, working aloft, and moving/lifting items not exceeding 100 lbs. are part of your job requirements.
• *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A valid refrigeration license and ability to pass, obtain, and maintain a current certificate of fitness for one or all of the following: fire standpipe, sprinkler, welding, oil burner, and air compressor operation.
• Universal Technician Certification as designated by EPA regulations-40 CFR Part 82 Subpart H.
• A valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Relevant vocational or technical training or 3 or more years of relevant work experience are highly desirable. We encourage applicants who meet most qualifications to apply, even if they don't meet every requirement.
• *Compensation and Benefits**
Our compensation range for this position is between $731.00 and $2,035.00 weekly, based on a full-time schedule. Salary will vary depending on location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.
