We are a Richmond based Commercial HVAC firm that has been around for over 20 years servicing commercial clients primarily in Richmond and Charlottesville, but clients throughout the major metros of Virgina as well.
We are growing and actively looking to add a few commercial HVAC Controls Technicians to our growing team!

Service
• Supports project transition from installation to service
• Responsibilities may include support of the service department for emergency service calls and/or programming support
• Appropriately record work performed and complete required documentation
• Technical support for customers and other mechanical technicians.
• Respond to emergency service calls.
• Conduct Factory Authorized equipment startups and warranty service.
• Perform factory required retrofits.
• Conduct customer training sessions on how to operate and maintain equipment.
• Maintain good working order, maintenance, and cleanliness of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection form.
• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, and calibrate system to manufacturer's recommendations.
Training And Knowledge

• Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• This is a physical / construction type of position. It will require but not be limited to standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and crawling. This position will also require being up on ladders and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
