Key Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC service, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial systems.
• A strong understanding of HVAC principles and practices, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
