How You Stand Out:
Education:
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification is required.
• NATE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
• 1+ years HVAC technician experience is required.
• 3+ years sales experience is required
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
Skills:
• Sales Experience - Proven ability to sell services, products, or solutions in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and people skills to build trust and educate customers.
• Ability to use tools and technology for creating reports, invoicing, and collecting payments.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

• Sales Opportunities: Confidently recommend system upgrades, maintenance plans, and other services that enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
• Diagnostics and Repair: Enter customers’ homes to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems professionally and efficiently.

• Customer Consultation: Discuss repair options, estimates, and solutions with customers to ensure they can make informed decisions.
• Billing and Payments: Complete invoices with accurate pricing and process customer payments.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Safe Driving: Operate a company vehicle responsibly and professionally.
