Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to our customers. This includes managing on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, as well as diagnosing technical problems and determining proper solutions.
You will also be expected to document processes, complete required paperwork, and collect payment when necessary. Additionally, you will operate a company vehicle safely, maintain organization, and follow all safety standards.
Your primary focus will be on building positive relationships with customers and team members, while maintaining a positive attitude and supporting our core values and mission.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial service
• EPA and RMGA certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Professional communication skills
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
