Responsibilities
• Lead a team of HVAC installers and changeout helpers to complete residential installations efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and high-quality workmanship
• Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess job requirements and develop comprehensive installation plans
• Maintain accurate records of completed installations, including documentation of work performed and materials used
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in residential HVAC installs
• 2+ years of foreman experience, with a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving
• EPA and RMGA certification, as well as a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve exceptional results
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
