Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and Maintenance: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
• Equipment Repair and Replacement: Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed, utilizing technical knowledge and expertise to resolve complex issues.
• Predictive Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks to identify potential problems before they occur, minimizing downtime and increasing system reliability.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, providing timely solutions to critical issues.
• Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in HVAC or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment.
• Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $$65,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
