This is a challenging yet rewarding role for an experienced professional who can manage, train, and hold their team accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. You'll be responsible for overseeing in-house and subcontractor crews, ensuring each project is properly measured, ordered, staged, scheduled, and fully completed. Your goal will be to achieve 100% collection of balance due amounts while maintaining a safe working environment.
