Growing and busy Plumbing and HVAC company in need of a Customer Service Representative preferably in this field and familiar with using Service Titan and filing permits with local municipalities. Willing to train the right person who has good computer skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Answering incoming customer calls.
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls as they are received.
• Create a Job ticket for all service calls.
• Dispatch Service Technicians.
• Maintain the dispatch dashboard.
• Maintain the service agreements including scheduling the annual maintenance.
• Update customer files as information is received.
• Type service contract proposals for new customers
• Maintain an on-call schedule.
• Follow – up on service.
• Payment Collections
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Well organized and self- starter
• Microsoft application experience is a must
